She started as a Human Resources Supervisor at a Korean company, adeptly leading multicultural teams, fostering collaboration and talent development to achieve both team and organizational objectives. Her rapid progression to roles with greater responsibility demonstrated her leadership capabilities and expertise in driving organizational success. A notable milestone in Nova’s career was leading a comprehensive restructuring initiative during her tenure as Human Resources Manager at Technology University. This initiative, especially crucial amid the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, yielded a streamlined HR framework and meaningful cost savings. Her leadership in implementing innovative remote-work policies significantly enhanced employee engagement and productivity, particularly during challenging times.
